The Dutch group Mommur Chasma, with members Floris Sirag<\/a> and Petyr Veenstra<\/a>, was a music group that existed from 1995 to 2020, which created sound recordings based on improvisation and selfdeveloping structures. Using synthesizers, microphones, acoustic instruments, instant sound sources, all kind of electronica and environmental sounds they created a sometimes abstract, sometimes dreamy, sometimes estranging atmosphere in which the sounds and rhythms were able to develop and transform.<\/p>\n

On this website most of the music of the archive will be released. You can listen to and download a lot of the recordings from the period 1995- 2007 in the sound archive<\/a>.<\/p>\n
